The Linksys PAP2 NA is "UNLOCKED", and may be configured for use with most SIP based VoIP Services that allow BYOD (Bring Your Own Device).

Inexpensive, easy to install and simple-to-use, the Linksys PAP2 connects a standard telephone or fax machine to IP-based data networks. IP telephony service providers and enterprise users can offer residential and business users traditional and enhanced communication services via the customer`s broadband connection to the Internet or Local Area Network (LAN).
