NJP-2000 Full-Automatic Capsule Filling Machine pictureThe NJP- capsule filler is equipped with the latest technologies of capsule filling machine and optimized structure for operation, monitoring and trouble-shooting. Designed with two main structures, the NJP series is the prefect machine for starting-up to high performance or larger volume of production. Due to the machine design is of fully enclosed and special structure for segments and capsule alignment station and turning parts, it may avoid powder directly contacting to machine lubricants or contamination, and keeping minimum exposure. The machines are built with stainless steel and industrial recognized , quality brand electronic components, and meet most international safety standard and GMP requirement. The machine may be dosed and filled with powder, granular and pellet, and used for veggie capsule and hard two piece gelatin capsule. One machine could have an optional applying for multiple filling of various particle and formula.
