- 3/3 sets of original clean on board bill of lading marked "freight collect" made out to order of the buyer and notify the same.
- commercial invoice in triplicate.
- packing list in triplicate.
- certificate of phytosanitary issued by the plant protection department in triplicate.
- certificate of origin issued by chamber of commerce and industry of Vietnam in one original and one copy.


The buyer and the seller will bear bank charges in their respective country.
