Payment: by irrevocable confirmed one time transferable auto-revolving L/C for monthly shipment. Issued and/or confirmed by prime world BANK

-The payment for shipment should be paid after the arrival of the vessel. The buyer should provide inspection report which issued by SGS at the discharge port in 7 working days as Documents Presented For Payment to bank after the arrival of the vessel.
If buyer fails to complete the inspection by SGS within 7 working days after arrival of the goods at the port, buyers agrees the seller can use SGS inspection certificate issued in loading port as the documents for L/C negotiation.

-Before the payment instrument is transferred to seller account? the text of the payment instrument must be reviewed and approved by a representative of seller.
The letter of credit documents shall be negotiable and payable at the seller s bank. Buyer s Bank can accept the third party document.

PROCEDURE

- BUYERS ISSU THE ICPO/LOI WITH SOFT PROBE PERMISSION .
- UPON RECEIPT OF THE SIGNED ICPO, SELLER ISSU THE DRAFT CONTRACT FOR BUYER.
-THE BUYER REVIEWS AND SIGNS DRAFT CONTRACTS AND RETURNS TO SELLER.
- THE SELLER WILL RETURN THE DULY SIGNED CONTRACT
- BUYER ISSU BY SWIFT A PREADVISED LC IN FAVOUR OF SELLER AS SHOWEN ABOVE.
- UPON RECEPTION AND ACCEPTATION OF PREADVISED L/C SELLER WILL ISSU POP.
-UPON RECEPTION OF POP ; BUYER SHALL ISSU NON-OPERATIVE L/C
-UPON RECEPTION AND ACCEPTATION OF NON-OPERATIVE L/C ;
SELLER SHALL ISSU PBG 2% AND THE REMAIN POP DOCUMENTS; WICH WILL ACTIVATE AUTOMATICALLY THE NON-OPERATIVE L/C.
- SHIPMENT COMMENCE AS AGREED.

BUYER MUST ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND CONDITION AND SEND US HIS LEGAL AND VALID ICPO + SOFT PROBE!!
