The IEC marketing office is located in Singapore.

COAL BUYERS-HOW WE OPERATE
It is a privilege for us to do business with you. If you are interested in our coal this is the procedure to follow:
Payment: Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving, LC 100% at sight after BL date.
Delivery: 40 Days.
Business Procedures:
1. Easy communication in internet.
2. Up on interested, buyer send LOI ( + BCL is preferred) .
3. Seller issue FCO.
4. Buyer or seller send draft contract.
5. Buyer and seller approved contract by electric signed.
6. Seller confirm. To arrange buyer to site visit.
7. Hard signed between buyer and seller.
8. A week later LC Opened.
9. After 5 days LC received by seller's bank, seller open PB 2% directly, LC to be operative.
10. Delivery time 40-45 days from operative LC date
