Structures and properties
This product is made of crusher and centrifuge.
The operating principle of the crusher is: First, put the small pieces of rootstock material or soaked beans into the material hopper, and the material is pushed by the helical blade (speed-adjustable) and fed into the crashing chamber at an even speed: in the crashing chamber, the saw-teethed blades mounted on the high-speed rotating wheel crush and grind the material; the desired slurry & dregs go through the screen filtration and are pumped out through the material conveying pump.
The operating principle of the centrifuge is: Under the action of the charge distributor, the slurry & dregs from the crusher are uniformly distributed onto the high-rotating conic drum; the solid phase moves along the drum from inside toward outside and is discharged through the solid phase chamber, while the liquid phase flows, through the small holes on the screen, into the liquid collection chamber; during the separating, water scrubbing can be conducted to wash away the starch; finally, the solid phase and liquid phase are respectively pumped out by means of the material-conveying pump.
Applications
This product is mainly used for the crushing and slurry-dreg separating of such starch materials as giantarum, maize, batata, potato, lotus rhizome, kudzu root, beans, etc. for the purpose of deep-processing of food so that after the processing of food so that after the processing with the machine, the raw materials are made into various types of fine food, expanding the profit margin of the raw materials. Therefore, this model is of good commercial prospects. In the process of separating, washing function can be realized for the rinsing of some of the filter residue. For example, in processing the giantarum, the starch in the slurry dreg can be washed away, which is helpful to the processing of the gaintarum dregs into food product.
