Fiberglass chopped strand mat (briefly as CSM) is an unwoven fiberglass reinforcement consisting of randomly distributed chopped strands held together with powder or emulsion binder.
This product has the characteristics of distribution evenly, isotropism, quickly resin wet out and impregnating, excellent applying for diversity molding. The products are suitable for FRP process, such as handing lay-up, molding, mechanical process, etc. The products are widely used for all kinds of FRP composites products, such as internal covering of automobile roof, ships manufacture, sanitary wares, chemical corrosion resistance pipe, storage tank, building materials, furniture, etc. They have good mechanical physics and chemistry properties, excellent process performance.
The company will provide our customers C-fiberglass and E-fiberglass CSM with 100g/m2~900g/m2 powder and emulsion types.


Products package and storage, transportation

Chopped strand mat will be wrapped up paper pipe of 76mm inner diameter, and polyvinyl chloride film will be used for packing and sealing and then package them with carton.


Chopped strand mat is reserved in indoor with drying, pleasantly, wet-proof and rain-proof. It suggests that temperature will control 15℃～35℃ and humidity will control 35%～65%.
